I had an excellent time. The best place for me was Tso Moriri. Didn’t go through the itinerary in detail. Was relying on whatever information you gave us. Excellent. I appreciate the way you took care of everybody. Here I would like to mention about the biscuits which we bought from the bakery at Nubra Valley. You were aware Mrs.Suma Chandran didn’t come with us to the bakery. You gave her box of biscuit which you bought for yourself the next day. I really appreciate this concern. Just like we had a stay over at Tso Moriri & Nubra Valley, there should be a stay over at Pangong Lake as well. 7 hours journey to & fro with bad roads on the same day is too hectic. This leads to the tour being of 11 days instead of 10 days. But to my opinion it should be ok.

We were too tired and almost all of us had second thoughts of travelling the next day. Its all because of your motivation we travelled the next day.

Itinerary was very well handled all places that we wanted to see were included in the itinerary and you were open to suggestion and last minute tweaking especially when i had asked about Bhatkal Monastery in Zanskar. The guide Lobzang was a delight to be with by the end of it he was a friend and not guide or just a driver. The 12 day journey went by a breeze with him. The car was well kept and clean. His driving was safe and knew his way around. Hotel Greenland in Kargil was not clean and there were bed bugs in the extra mattress. The hotel in Tso Moriri as discussed with you was not good I know I had insisted on the hotel as didn’t know what to expect in a tent but after we saw the tents I would suggest you stick to the tents they were really nice especially one called nomadic tent. No complains about the food anywhere the food was clean tasty and no one had an upset tummy. You were involved in the tour from when we started planning. made sure all along the way we were comfortable even when you sent articles to read up on was interesting as you gave a good back ground and knowledge before we went ahead. So it was nice to see that your job didn’t just end at the booking but it ended right after we came back. Very personalized attention. Keep up the same way and you will do well. I have already asked for a second itinerary so you know i am coming back.

Itinerary was very specific & travelling time estimates also very accurate. Stay Arrangements were Good, with the kind of properties there, Kaushal made very good arrangements. Food Arrangements were good. Travel Arrangements were very comfortable. good drivers. Kaushal makes sure to keep everyone happy. This was really a trip of lifetime, since Ladakh was in my bucketlist since long, and it was full paisa vasool in terms of travelling, stay, food arrangments, all the fun & masti while playing cards & UNO!
